Ast’s Note: At least in Canada we don’t serve the moose beer.
Apparently, drunken moose are common in Sweden in autumn, when apples are abundant on the ground and in trees in homeowners’ yards.
A schnockered moose trying to reach more fermenting apples up high on an apple tree apparently lost its balance and ended up stuck in said tree. Seriously.
Per Johansson of Saro, Sweden returned home from work last Tuesday evening to hear wierd bellowing from his neighbor’s yard. “I thought at first that someone was having a laugh. Then I went over to take a look and spotted a moose stuck in an apple tree with only one leg left on the ground,” Johansson told The Local.
